Had an incredible and memorable trip to Ladakh—truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience amidst breathtaking landscapes and challenging terrains. A special thanks to our trip marshal and team Jerry, Stan & Chotu for their excellent coordination, guidance, and constant support throughout the journey. Their efforts ensured not only a smooth trip but also the safety and comfort of everyone in the group. From high mountain passes to serene lakes, every moment was well-managed and enjoyable because of their dedication. Grateful for the experience and looking forward for another trip.

We did the 8 day Umling-La bike trip with Mototour Ladakh and it was fantastic from start to finish. We have been on a few organized bike trips previously and I will have to say this is one of the best if not thr best of them all. Ladakh is no doubt beautiful but you can't enjoy it to the fullest unless the trip is well organized and this is where Mototour Ladakh scores 15 out of 10. Tashi was our Marshal and he led the group magnificently. He used to stop at every junction where people are bound to get lost or diverted and make sure everyone made it through safely. Skalzang acho brought up the rear and no matter how slow the last rider was, he made sure the back up vehicle was behind the last rider making sure that there were no issues. Naushad was the mechanic for the trip and he used to promptly attend to any issues we had with the bikes and occasionally became a back up bike driver too. The entire team made sure that everyone was comfortable - doing small things like pushing bikes, zipping up the jackets, tightening helmets and on one occasion, during a mini sand storm, asking us to leave all 15 bikes at the fuel station and take shelter in the nearby Dhaba and they themselves filled up all 15 bikes with fuel. You dont get that kind of service often. Even the call to prepone the trip to Umling La proved to be very practical and in hindsight a good desicion. We drove RE Himalayan 411cc bikes and the bikes were well maintained. Every morning Naushad used to go over all the bikes checking brakes, clutch and lubricating the chain. And not to forget, Tanjul was the point of contact during the initial enquiries. She is very knowledgeable and answered all our queries patiently and with clarity. Overall, a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend to anyone. .

Their teamwork and guidance made the whole experience smooth, safe, and memorable. The only small area for improvement is communication — since the group included South Indian and international tourists, it would be great if the guides also communicated in English along with Hindi. That small change would make the trip even more inclusive and enjoyable for everyone. Overall, Mototour Agency delivered a fantastic, well-organized adventure that we’ll never forget. We had the privilege of doing our Spiti trip as a couple with MotoTour Ladakh, and I can confidently say the experience was unmatched. The team—Adarsh, Tsering, and Prayag—delivered not just a tour, but memories for a lifetime. The way they cared for every rider, every detail, and every moment was beyond what anyone else in the world could offer. This was my partner’s very first adventure, and naturally, there were moments when she felt a bit off. Whenever that happened, she sat in the backup vehicle with Prayag and from what I heard, it was an entire experience in itself. The way the team bonded with her, kept her comfortable, and made her feel just as much a part of the journey as those riding was truly heartwarming. Tsering and Prayag, in particular, are such beautiful, genuine souls that our journey with them went far beyond travel, we left Himachal with new friends. Their approach was deeply giving and selfless. One example that touched us: at Chandrataal, where the temperature dropped below freezing, Prayag and Tsering spent over 1.5 hours struggling to light a tandoor. Despite their efforts, they barely sat by it for 5 minutes themselves, leaving it for the rest of us so we could stay warm and enjoy our evening. That spirit of service and care was present throughout the trip. They even went out of their way to show us their own apple orchards and their homes and even met their families in Manali, something not part of the official itinerary but a heartfelt gesture that made the journey even more special. The ride itself was smooth and flawless. The bikes were in excellent condition checked, oiled, and maintained daily before we even noticed. We were the very first batch after Himachal’s disaster, but the team’s seamless coordination, knowledge of the terrain, and calm handling of challenges ensured our trip was perfect from start to finish. The stays exceeded expectations being warm, comfortable, and far better than what we imagined. Every detail of this trip was worth it, and every penny felt justified. MotoTour Ladakh doesn’t just take you on a ride, they gift you an experience that stays in your heart forever.

I had an amazing experience of Ladakh with MotoTour! The whole trip was super well organized and full of good vibes. The bikes were good and the team was really hardworking and caring throughout. Special mention to Marshal Rigzin — such a kind, respectful, and caring person who made sure everyone was comfortable, healthy and enjoying the ride. He is more of a friend than a tour guide. The backup vehicle driver Gonbu was also really helpful and supportive whenever needed. Also he was more of a personal guide for me. The mechanic Love was great too — always ready to fix things up quickly. Loved the food and stay arrangements — everything was smooth and comfortable. I also met Stanzin on the way who was super friendly and added to the fun. Overall, it was an unforgettable Ladakh trip filled with adventure, laughter, and warmth. I Booked my tour with Mototour with reference from one of my friends. And they did not disappointed me, they have the best of people working for them, where everyone is so supportive and careful about their Tourist. On our trip The Marshal Tashi Namgyal was really outstanding, he was always guiding the riding properly and kept check on all the riders safety and security. Back Up vehicle man Gyaltson was a great host, he took care of all the Luggage of riders, apart from this he is great party man, made us feel like family. Last but not the least The Machanic guy TSeringa, an about cute personality wherever we stopped he immediately checked our bike brakes, clutch and helmet windshield. I would highly recommend Mototour to all thrill junkie's who want to travel Ladakh.

I recently completed a bike ride expedition through Ladakh with MotoTour, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. There were some initial issues with my bike at the beginning of the trip, but the team addressed and fixed them promptly, and after that the ride went smoothly without any major concerns.
