Bikago Scooter and Motorbike Rentals - Canggu

We hired a scooter (Nmax) in Bali from Bikago Canggu. I know you can get them little cheaper on the street but Bikago brought the bike to us, with two helmets and right on time. It included insurance with an option to remove the insurance excess in the even of a claim. The bike was in great condition, was very new and a joy to ride. We made sure we had proper paper work in case we needed to make a claim on our travel insurance and this was delivered to us via email before deliver. I ordered the bike less than two hours before it was delivered. They contacted me to negotiate a different time so got it to us even earlier which suited us perfectly! Everything was perfect and we will use them when visiting Bali from now on! Great work Bikago and thank you for being easy to deal with!

I have rented many scooters and cars in Bali over the years. Most are ok and delivered by well intentioned locals. Usually bikes are in workable but well "used" condition, not always the spec as you ordered and often with v little fuel, and finding the person at arrivals could be tricky even if they turned up on time. This time, I went Bikago - I wanted to know for sure the insurance was real even if the bike is a few more $ to rent. Worth it? I'm a convert. The bike was as ordered and basically like new, fuel tank full, 2 decent helmets with NEW visors on both, decent iphone holder and a first aid kit. The person meets you in a Bikago t shirt - so easy to spot. Clear whatsapp communication all the way. Stress free holidays.
