Turned up without any reservation and they were really accommodating. Got a nice 150cc Yamaha Nmax in bright green, easy to spot when parking. Great power for overtaking and going up hill in the north of Bali. I needed a second helmet one day and they kindly let me borrow one on the day. Highly recommend this place.

Great and reliable rental with clear pricing and amazing service. We rented an NMAX and had a small accident during the rental period. Even so, they charged us less for the repair than what was written in the contract. Very honest and kind people. Highly recommended!

This is a very reliable bike rental with their processes really sorted out. They have their bikes insured and in good mechanical condition. Also the phone holders are attached to the handle bars with zip ties or strings so in case the holder breaks, your phone does not fall off. Their team is also great and explains all the steps. They take images and video of the bike before rental so you can compare later on and not be blamed for damaged not cause by you. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Super friendly and professional. I was able to test drive my pink filano before taking it for a month. The bike was well maintained and the pick up process was also seamless. I would be back here for my next visit in Bali!

This is my third time renting here within the past two months. I have to return to my home country because of work matters. Every time I come to Ubud, distance from other areas such as Kuta or Bukit never been a problem. The delivery fee, which is fair compared to the motorbike rental price, I still choose to rent here because the service is very good. They are always responsive on WhatsApp whenever there is an issue, such as a weak battery or even when I lost the key. They helped me quickly through WhatsApp. Everything is good — simple, helpful people and great service. 👍
