Turned up without any reservation and they were really accommodating. Got a nice 150cc Yamaha Nmax in bright green, easy to spot when parking. Great power for overtaking and going up hill in the north of Bali. I needed a second helmet one day and they kindly let me borrow one on the day. Highly recommend this place.

Great service! Great scooter! I tried different ones before choosing. I recommend going for a new one (perfect conditions and best experience). I would suggest to offer new helmets to clients though. Those available right now are not in very good condition. For the safety of the customers I would rather offer slightly higher prices but better products. However I was able to buy from them a new for just 150k so I did. Overall I’m happy with the experience. I recommend this Rental Company.

Great and reliable rental with clear pricing and amazing service. We rented an NMAX and had a small accident during the rental period. Even so, they charged us less for the repair than what was written in the contract. Very honest and kind people. Highly recommended!

We rented a Yamaha Grand Filano from Darma Putra Bali Bike Rental for two months and had a great experience. The scooter was almost brand new when we got it, with nearly 0 km, and it was in excellent condition. The whole rental process was simple and hassle-free. The staff were always friendly and easy to communicate with. Whenever we brought the scooter in for a check-up, they took very good care of us. Whatever the reason for the visit, they checked the scooter properly and even cleaned/washed it. Their prices were reasonable and around the average for the area. We also really appreciated their delivery and pick-up service within Ubud, which made everything even more convenient. Highly recommended.

This is a very reliable bike rental with their processes really sorted out. They have their bikes insured and in good mechanical condition. Also the phone holders are attached to the handle bars with zip ties or strings so in case the holder breaks, your phone does not fall off. Their team is also great and explains all the steps. They take images and video of the bike before rental so you can compare later on and not be blamed for damaged not cause by you. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Super friendly and professional. I was able to test drive my pink filano before taking it for a month. The bike was well maintained and the pick up process was also seamless. I would be back here for my next visit in Bali!

This is my third time renting here within the past two months. I have to return to my home country because of work matters. Every time I come to Ubud, distance from other areas such as Kuta or Bukit never been a problem. The delivery fee, which is fair compared to the motorbike rental price, I still choose to rent here because the service is very good. They are always responsive on WhatsApp whenever there is an issue, such as a weak battery or even when I lost the key. They helped me quickly through WhatsApp. Everything is good — simple, helpful people and great service. 👍
