Super happy with easybike! From first contact everything was clear, I got a good price, 2 very good helmets and they were quick to respond I I had questions. And when I had to give the motorbike back early they gave me a refund. Will definitely hire here again when I’m back!

It's a five start service with a very affordable price. Delivery and pickup were arranged well with very professional staff, communication was well handled and the bike was like advertised and worked well for roughly two months that I had it. Solid option for anyone and I will use these services again if I return to Bali.

I hate to leave a low rating because they did pick up the bike at my place and I liked the service but when I rented the bike on the first day we had issues closing the seat and had nothing in the bike. It was a ‘temporary bike’ because the bike I rented wasn’t ready. (I rented in advanced and the reservation was messed up on arrival causing even more issues. The guy/(owner maybe?) immediately accused me of breaking the hinge as there was a parking attendant where we were (we swapped bikes less than 24 hours later) & he that said ‘yea they looked like they struggled to close it and probably broke the seat’ when in fact we struggled to close it because it was BROKE. This wasn’t exactly a great feeling being accused of something especially when I asked the owner for proof that it worked when he gave it to us and he said that it was working and denied any proof. He said we would be liable for the damage because the attendant there saw us struggling. It just honestly felt shady and we wish that never happened. He also never ended up charging us and never brought it up again which made me feel like I was right all along. Right in the beginning of the trip too… it’s sad because the price was good, the bike was good. And apart from the one issue the guy was really nice. And we thought we picked the right place. Maybe we can try you guys again next trip and delete this if it goes well. Anyways… it was a good bike with a bad experience.
