Good company to rent a scooter from. Everything they said they would do they did. Very reasonable prices and the scooters were new and in good condition. Customer service was next level.

They offer a wide variety of bikes to choose from, and I went with the XMax 2024. It was a solid choice — powerful enough to handle Bali’s famous traffic with ease, and overtaking was a breeze thanks to the bike’s responsive acceleration. The bike was well maintained and in good condition, with only the expected surface scratches from regular use. Delivery and pickup from my hotel were seamless, which added a lot of convenience to the experience. I was able to explore multiple destinations comfortably on the most of my time on the island. I’ll definitely be returning to Hello Motor for my next Bali adventure. Thanks again for the excellent service!

We chose this company based on Google reviews, so now we’d like to briefly share our own experience with Hello Motors. We rented a 2025 Yamaha NMAX for three weeks. Everything was arranged in advance via WhatsApp, and the whole process went perfectly. We rode 1,120 km with no issues. The scooters/bikes are in near mint condition and the price was fair 👍🏼💰 I accidentally broke the phone holder and they told me not to worry because it was already old — super honest and respectful. 🙌💯 Awesome stuff!! Highly recommended! They provided prompt and reliable service without any scams. The bike delivery was smooth and efficient. I requested them to deliver the bike to my hotel, and they did so the next morning. I’ll definitely be renting bikes from them whenever I travel again.

The rented motorcycle (Yamaha Lexi 155) was awesome throughout our 5-day honeymoon in Bali. We rode from Kuta to Bukit Cinta in Amlapura and returned to Kuta on the same day with no issues at all — Alhamdulillah. The ride was smooth, and the bike was in great condition with no problems in any essential functions. A well-maintained motorcycle like this definitely makes customers want to rent again.
