Ketut is very good and reliable rental who provides excellent service. First, he delivered my bike on time. Second, the condition of bike was good, no problems and scratches. Third, when I had a car accident he helped me to communicate with locals and defended my position. Every time I come to Bali I rent XMax from Ketut(it’s been 3 times already). Everything is cool. When I come next time, will contact him again!

At first I was going to rent the scooter for a month, but later I ended up spending another month on the island and I don't regret it. The guys mainly deal with longer rentals. Communication and business policy is fast and clear. I received friendly and prompt service as agreed in advance. I picked up the bike where and when we agreed. The company is flexible because you can pay in several ways (cash, transfer) and if you are not too far from the site, they will take the bike back. The rental fee also includes insurance for the scooter, which covers any damage to the bike in case of trouble. I rented a Honda ADV 160 because I had heard good things about the model and I wasn't disappointed. I have done nearly 2000 kilometres on the island with my girlfriend behind me and we have not experienced any faults. It's a Honda, what could go wrong with it? For me it was comfortable for my height of 194cm, sufficiently powerful for 2 people. Overall I would highly recommend the company if you are coming to Bali, I was happy with everything. I have grown very attached to this bike in 2 months, I will probably buy one at home due to the good experience.
