Ayu, was very helpful for bike rental. She was on time and gave us a very nice scooter. She came and dropped off the scooter at our hotel very quickly when needed. The scooter came with a phone holder as well. If you are Ubud and need a scooter for rent, reach out to her.

We hired scooter for almost 3 days and it was good decision to hire from them. Scooters are well maintained and they also helped us to replace our helmets next day because they got wet in rain. It’s run by family who are very nice and scooter rental price is also good. I might rent again from them in future if I visit Ubud.

The scooters are in excellent condition, clean, well maintained, and checked properly before handover. the whole process was quick, easy, and stress free. What really sets Kolaka apart is the service. Ayu is Super friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful! not just trying to make a quick sale.
