The bike was great & in such good condition! Great price too. They were all amazing to deal with, very responsive by text and they even came to me for payment when I wanted to extend my rental for another week. Lovely to deal with & highly recommend!

Rented the NMAX for 2 days and it was amazing. Stable good steering and control and genuinely a very good experience. The crew takes a video before giving you the bike so both you and them can check on pick up.

I’ve been renting a scooter from PT. Family Permana Rent Bike Ubud for over 2 months now and couldn’t be happier. The monthly rate they offered was hard to beat, and the service has been incredible from start to finish. The family who runs it are super friendly and helpful. I’ve taken the scooter all over Bali, and it’s run like a dream. I was in Amed when the bike was due for a service – luckily, they had connections there and sorted it out on the spot! I even extended for another month without needing to ride all the way back to Ubud. I’ll 100% be using them again next time I’m in Bali. Suksma 🙏

I rented a Fazzio moped for 5 days. It was comfortable and well kept, and worked flawlessly the whole time, (with over 7 hrs total riding time in that period.) They dropped it off at my hotel at a convenient time, and even picked it up from about an hour and a half away for what I felt was a reasonable price! Quick to respond on WhatsApp and eager to help me out. Highly recommended!

Place is small and they have very minimal scooter collection for high price. Got a yamaha lexi for 4days with 20% petrol. I full tanked it and returned in two days cause we were leaving for gili , there they checked very carefully for every scratch and i was good but they don't returned rest of the MONEY 👎... Avoid this place if u don't want extra headache.... And yeah.... They simply took my phone , opened my insta and searched their account and made me follow without asking me
