Very recomandet....I borrowed Honda Vario for one week, everything in order, Scooter in good condition, we met exactly as agreed, good prices. Due to the huge traffic, I recommend paying extra for insurance.

1. Well, I rented Nmax and they delivered PCX. There was delivery fee as I ask them to bring the motorcycle outside the delivery area, that much I understand. However, changing requested vehicle without confirming, yet demand the customer for unit changing at their venue seems a bit much! I feel like I paid the 40K delivery fee in futile. I had to go 15 km from Sanur for something that is fully irresponsible by them. 2. I ask the unit to be ready on the promised location on certain time, and prior my arrival, they are actively asking for my location, even asked my live location, which i have done, yet, I still have to wait under the rain for 30 minutes. 3. When the unit is picked up, we still also need to wait for hours, for the time we need to rest prior our departure. How if it happened prior our flight, we could miss it! After pick up, without checking the initial hand over, they rudely asking the gasoline bar status. I know that I probably one of a million customers you had, but really hopefully the owner read it to understand my disappointment. Thanks
