Great place to rent a scooter. We rented a Honda ADV 160 for 3 weeks. The scooter was almost brand new. Provided with 2 new helmets, rain coat, and phone holder. The scooter got delivered to our hotel in time, and they picked it up from another hotel without any issues. The owner is super responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend this place. Moreover prices are amongst the cheapest ones for this type of scooter.

A disaster. I’m from France and have traveled through about ten countries in Asia — this was one of my worst rental experiences. The initial contact was very smooth: quick replies on WhatsApp, and they arranged to deliver the scooter to my hotel the next day. I had booked a Honda ADV for a full month, but they told me it wasn’t available. We agreed that I would use an NMAX for three days while waiting for the ADV. The NMAX I received was old and scratched, but the tires were okay and the tank was nearly empty. I figured it was only for a few days, so I let it slide. I paid what I thought was a deposit by credit card (and here’s where I made a mistake — more on that below). Three days later, they delivered the ADV. It was even older than the NMAX — see the photos — and worst of all, the front tire was in terrible shape, totally unsafe in Bali’s rainy weather. I refused to accept it. My Indonesian friend called the manager. We agreed that I’d keep the NMAX for a week and leave it at that. After five days, the scooter started showing signs of wear: the belt needed changing. I could still ride, but it said a lot about the scooter’s condition. On day six, the starter began to fail. I ended up returning it on day eight (thanks to a case of Bali Belly…). At return, they said they’d refund the price difference between a full month of ADV rental and one week of NMAX. This didn’t make much sense to me, since I hadn’t paid the full rental at pickup — so I checked my bank account. That’s when I realized they hadn’t just charged me a deposit — they had charged the full ADV rental plus a deposit: 2.5M + 500k. My mistake: I thought I was paying only 300k at the time, still getting used to all the zeros in IDR… At that point, I understood the refund logic — but the amount was still wrong. Conveniently, they had “forgotten” the 500k deposit, trying to keep it for themselves. In short, I don’t recommend this rental company at all: • The scooters are old and in poor condition • They barely speak English (or pretend not to) • And worst of all, they tried to keep my deposit. They accept credit card payments (with a 3% fee), but refunds are always in cash — not very helpful if you’re leaving Bali soon.
