we came across iman on grab as we were looking for transportation between accomodation and we hit the jackpot with iman! such a safe, comfortable + clean car, free water & snacks, wifi and even karaoke mics for the long rides (this was our favourite part 🤣) iman was so friendly and helpful, very responsive and flexible on whatsapp when we had to push back our pick up time due to our delayed flight - we had such a great experience that we booked him again for our ride home to the airport. the best driver! we can't recommend enough & can't wait to come back and book him again ❤️

We contacted this company as it appeared to be the closest and most suitable option based on our location on Google Maps. However, we later realized that location was not a crucial factor. If their services cover your needs, they can assist you in multiple locations. Their approach is sincere, and they prioritize customer satisfaction. For our holiday in Seminyak center, we rented a motorbike and were satisfied with it. When moving to our other hotel in Ubud, we used their transfer & taxi service. Their vehicles are spacious and comfortable, and they also provide snacks, various beverages, and water during the journey (all-free). They delivered our motorbike to our second location in Ubud. Since we were satisfied with their service, we wanted to use their taxi service again when leaving the island. According to our plan, they picked up our motorbike and transferred us to the airport in their comfortable vehicle. We used this company for both car and motorbike rental services. Their time discipline was excellent—they were always at the location before the requested time. The vehicles were clean and comfortable. The motorbike rental fee was reasonable. There are many opportunistic people in the market, and we heard that some vendors cause difficulties during the pick-up and drop-off process, even if the price seems low. However, we had no issues with this company. Their vehicles are more comfortable and private compared to taxi companies. Despite offering better vehicles and onboard refreshments, they transferred us to our desired locations at a more affordable rate than regular taxi companies. In terms of price/performance, we would rate them a solid 10/10.

Excellent service. Very responsible, efficient and super friendly staff. I rented a motorbike from them for a month, and the bike worked perfectly. Even during my move to Ubud they brought the bike to Ubud and arranged a taxi to take me there. I would definitely hire them again on my next visit to Bali.

The rental place were very accommodating to our request. I had rented XSR for 3 days and after that CB150x to travel around Bali. More than 200km of riding and the bikes were in amazing condition and gave me no issues. The bikes are well taken care of and the prices are good as well! Owner will accommodate to your request for extra box, drop off bike and pick up bike from nearby locations for a extra reasonable fee. I had the bike delivered to Sanur port and drop off bike at airport. Would recommend them for your bikes and scooter.

Was am amazing 3 day tour with Iman. Very highly recommended. Very clean, friendly, lots of free snacks, dri ks, mineral water on board. Free wifi on board and Iman was very knowledgeable. Iman was great he recommended great places to see and stop at. Very reasonable price for the tour packages and also for your own itinerary. Iman was very accommodating and planned places we wanted to see on the way very well. Best tour company in Bali I say!

Very good service from Solbella. I hired a scooter for 2 days for a very good price and they delivered and collected the scooter from my hotel. Great service and communication on whatsapp is excellent.
