Amazing + Nightmare & Good Service & Not Great Bike condition Rental: 150,000 kip per day We negotiated and got 140,000 per day Bike: Click 125cc (white) - 1743 plate number Amazing: Storyline: We rented a bike for 3 days and paid the full amount, and deposited the passport. Then we returned within 2 days, and our 1 day extra payment returned to us full amount. WHICH IS AMAZING! Nightmare: BEWARE: MUST take a photo or video of the bike! On 3rd day, we were contacted by the motorbike owner thru WhatsApp and asked why the bike condition was in a poor and had broken parts. We asked for evidence, and the rental guy, Mr. Lak send us a photo. As we really find them so nice and we rented at night time, we did not take pic nor video. But the part which said to be broken is already been like that before we rented. At last, Mr. Lak came to my hotel and asked another person to come and speak to us. Luckily, I stood my ground and said I just trusted them and took the bike without any photo, but I'm very sure I did not break nor drop the bike. So I stood my ground. As last I were let go without paying anything for the damages. But this experience made me think, MUST TAKE PHOTO OR VIDEO, to protect ourselves from this kind of horror experience. Good Service: Ms. Lisa replied to the question very fast. Offered to buy train ticket for us. Commission for ticker each person at 80,000 kip. Ticket Price is 135,000 kip each. We ended up buying ourselves via LCR app and paid using Visa Card. So easy. Mr. Lak suggested places to go and what to do. Very kind and spoke at low tone. Not Great Bike condition: >Feels Old Bike >Refueled about 20,000 kip, but the petrol meter stayed at 1 bar. We rented at 1 bar and returned at 1 bar petrol > Looks new, had minor accident crash marks > Overheated after drove to Kuang Si Waterfall. I had to rest Bike for 5 minutes before continuing to ride. Overall: My personal experience is a roller coaster. Hence, the 3 star review. Rented about 30+ places in my trip across Asia. But this was CRAZY EXPERIENCE! Felt my heart drop when someone knocked on your hotel door and said I broke something when I did not.

I don't understand the good rating for this shop. We tried to rent a bike here. They made us wait 1h in the morning to finally bring us a destroyed one. They were asking 150k kip for it. Honestly, you can find an almost new one for the same or less price anywhere around.

I’m reviewing the rental bike booth standing in the corner up this street. They’re dishonest people. They demanded the passport to stay there , no alternative (after some research apparently is common behavior of all of rental companies , we were in a hurry so didn’t have the chance to test others). I told him I was available to pay more or give other documents instead but no chance. The asked us 160000 kip, seemed a bit high but again, we didn’t have any option by that point. This wasn’t the worst part. The scooter was junk, completely empty tank we had to barely reach a station to fill it up with a a value recommended by them. Turned out that value was equivalent to a full tank. Obviously we didn’t use it all, when I returned the scooter I told them the fair thing to do was for them to pay the difference but she basically laughed at my face. Not recommended
