Motorcycle Rental Company

I have used this motorcycle scooter rental shop a few times over the last weeks. They hire Yamaha grand filano scooters that are ideal for taller people, they are also very comfortable to ride with or without a passenger. The bikes and helmets are new. I would go anywhere else.

Extremly nice personal and good quality on the rental equipment. We got a brand new scooter, which were really nice:-) We gave our pasport as deposit but nothing to worry about!:-)

The scooters are new, but perhaps a bit too new. Another scooter collided with us, resulting in a minor scratch. They attempted to overcharge us, asking for 3,000,000 KIP for the damage. When we inquired at another rental about repair costs, they quoted 300,000-500,000 KIP... Clearly, the boss was trying to scam us. The man working there is genuinely helpful, but the lady (the boss) is unpleasant and even rude. Be cautious when renting a scooter there!

I wanted to rent a scouter, price 200.000 kip per day for 115 scoopy and passport as deposit but unlikely to other tourists we don’t like to leave most important document to locals. Lady suggest that we don’t need to leave the passport but the price will be 300.000 kip per day. We told her it’s too expensive for the motorbike like 115 power. She said that for us is cheap, only 4 dollars more like 15 min work for europeans…what is this comment !!! How inappropriate and disrespectful… to say such thing without knowing other person. Actually i’m unemployed and without house!! Don’t recommend to rent from this lady.

It was a very bad experience to rent a motorbike here. It costed 180k kip per day with the old and unsafe vehicle (worn tire). I got the flat tire on the way to waterfall and had to get the support from local Laos people to carry this bike to the motorbike shop to change the tire. It is a service business so you need to make sure the vehicle being safe as the minimum basis to customers.
