New scooter with next to no mileage, full explanation of features and was able to help fix one of the helmets that we brought with us for the trip. Didn’t require leaving a passport, only ID required. Showed us the recommended route to all the lagoons and local activities. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Very very nice scooter rental service. Very friendly and helpful people with perfect service. We had a modern Honda scoopy 110 for about 5 days. The Scoopy is a great scooter with lots of room for the legs even 2 Up. The scooter was about new and in perfect condition. We could even park the scooter at the shop for perfect safety at night. Our hotel was only 100m away. We highly recommend this rental shop! No problems at all. Thanks again and good luck for the future! ♥️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First of all: 5 stars review for sure (before the lengthy review) Had a great experience renting a motorbike here! Initially walked passed Mr. Ta shop to ask for the price, as the shop was right next to our hotel. First impression we found the owner, Mr. Ta, to be very friendly and feels honest, and the price was fair. Although we read mixed reviews online and were a little worried, we decided to take a chance. The rental process was super smooth and took less than five minutes. Mr. Ta was really helpful even taking time to recommend the route and even estimate how much gas we would need. Returning the bike was just as easy. Pulled up, and his wife had my driver’s license ready. It was a completely hassle-free experience—so much so that we didn't even have to top up the gas since it was included in the rental. Thinking about some of the negative reviews we read, I can only assume that those of us who had a smooth rental and rated highly, really didn't had any issues with the bike. If you're looking for an honest and easy rental, this place is highly recommended. Just be slow, be safe. Ride carefully and safely! No scratch no damage no drama!

Rented a scooter for one week. The scooter was brand-new and so was the helmet. They also gave me a separate chain with a padlock for some added security when parking in certain areas. Overall I'm perfectly happy with the service. No problems whatsoever. Probably the best rental service in town. Check it out.

Please, keep away from this site. They are tricksters. First of all, it’s the first time we've had to leave our passport as a deposit when renting a vehicle. When we rented the motos, they told us that the tank was half full, but we barely arrived at the closest gas station. Both motos had scratches, and some painting was peeled off when they were given to us. Taking into account the state of the roads, we understood. But it seems they tried to paint all the motorcycles and renew them at our expense. When we returned the motos, with the deposit filled with fuel, they complained about the situation of one of them and asked us to pay 1.000.000 kpi, a crazy amount in Laos. There were, indeed, some scratches on one of the sides because of a small fall. We were going to accept an extra cost, but it was something that, with cleaning, was very easy to remove. Take into account that roads are in very poor condition: lots of dust, patches, holes, traffic, animals... Our surprise was when they asked for 1 million, but they gave no reasons why. We asked for help at our hotel, and when one of the managers arrived, they asked 1.500.000 instead of the original 1 M they said. I suppose they knew where we were staying and tried to get an advantage. We agreed to pay the first amount (1M) because we were against the clock, as we were leaving in 1 hour, by train... and we couldn’t go to another shop to repair the scratches. They rejected it. At the end, we had to go to Police who took our side. We were afraid that they would support the local people, but instead they agreed with us. Our worst experience in Laos.
