We rented a (almost new) Royal Enfield and did the lower mustang + drove down to Chitwan National Park. Everything was perfect, no problems with the bike! The service was great, communication smooth on WhatsApp, that even had motorbike bags to rent. Extending the rental was no issue and luckily, after 550km, the bike brought us safely back to Pokhara 🙏😊 Would definitely recommend this rental place, very trustworthy owners.😊 Plus the price was really fair, we paid 3500 per day.

Sooo glad we did the trip from Pokhara to Mukinath! Road was a bit challenging but it was possible with a scootie! A 125 cc for 2 people 2 small backpacks. The service was impeccable. The support aswell. The bike did not start in the morning as it was soooooo cold in Mustang. We had an awesome-10! Just patience and sun resolve the issue. Will rent again! Thank you

Reaching Kora la ( China Border ) was one of my wish-list and A-one Motorbike Rental made wish come true. I rented X-pulse 200cc for my journey, i must admit it is a beast in off road. The company owner is so good and polite , they guided us throughout the journey and the cost was so affordable. If anyone planning to travel with ease then A-one should be your final destination .

Rented the new KTM adventure 250 and took it all the way to manang with a passenger on the back. Being the middle of winter I was a bit concerned about conditions and whether the bike would start in the freezing mornings but Ishan told me what to do and all worked very well! The bike is only a month old and rides great, tackled some rough sections with ease - and Ishan offered a good price too and was very flexible with days as I wasn’t sure how many we would require to get there and back! Was 6 days total, lots of hours on the bike and had a great time. Thanks Ishan

My ride to MANANG — unforgiving trails, thin air, and absolute freedom. Just a day before departure, AONE arranged a brand-new KTM Adventure 250, and it proved its worth every single kilometre. Rough roads, altitude, long hours—the bike stayed solid and predictable when the terrain wasn’t. Ishan was clear, responsive, and professional, which matters when you’re riding far from backup. If you’re planning a serious Himalayan ride on your own, AONE delivers reliability where it actually counts.

I chose this rental after reading the positive reviews online. Initially, everything seemed smooth. I was assured that the bike was in good condition, so I rented it for 7 days. While riding back to my guest house on the first day, I started feeling discomfort in my left wrist. I assumed it was temporary and thought it would get better. However, the next morning, after riding for just 10–15 minutes to a nearby place, the pain became worse. I completed the visit and returned to the rental shop around 12 PM to explain the issue. They told me they would fix the problem and replace the handlebar. I waited for almost an hour. When they brought the bike back, I took it for another ride, but the issue was still exactly the same. I don’t think they changed the handlebar. Instead of acknowledging that there might be a problem with the bike, they started blaming my riding style. That was frustrating because I have been riding regularly for almost 10 years and know when something feels wrong with a motorcycle. They then said they would replace the bike, but eventually told me there were no bikes available. So finally, they agreed to refund the remaining amount. Now comes the part that really upset me. The bike had almost no petrol when I first received it. They only added enough fuel for me to reach a petrol station. Since I had rented it for 7 days and trusted their assurance that the bike was in good condition, I filled petrol worth NPR 1500. When I asked about compensation for the unused fuel, they refused. I even asked them to refund at least NPR 1000, but they said no. What made me genuinely angry was one particular statement. They told me they were “generous enough” to refund the money for the remaining 6 days. How is returning my own hard-earned money considered generosity when the bike itself had an issue? For a moment, I even doubted myself. I wondered whether the problem was my body or my riding style. But later that same day, I rented another Xpulse from a different rental company for the next 6 days. I rode to Sarangkot, Dhampus, Ghandruk, and even Muktinath without having even 1% of the wrist pain I experienced with this bike. Looking back, what frustrates me most is not just the bike issue, but the complete refusal to acknowledge any mistake. Instead, the customer was blamed throughout. Anyone can behave nicely when everything goes smoothly. Real character is revealed when problems arise. Accepting mistakes and handling issues professionally is what builds trust and helps a business grow. Honestly, if I had experienced the same pain with the second bike, I would have come back and apologized to them myself. But that never happened. One statement they made during the discussion was that sometimes people realize bike riding is not what they expected, so they blame the bike and return it. That comment felt very unfair and dismissive. To make it clear that this was not the case, I have attached photos with the second bike I rented and completed my planned trip on without any issues. My advice to anyone renting from here: if your bike works perfectly, your experience may be smooth because they speak very politely at first. But if you face any issue with the vehicle, be prepared for a very different experience. Being told they were “generous” for refunding my own money, while simultaneously blaming me for the problem, was what finally pushed me to write this review. Reply to your reply- The bike I rented was the same price as yours. It was not cheap. I never told I know better than mechanic. I told I knew the wrist pain was because of handle bar. Your mechanic knew it as well but he kept quiet. Your no refund policy applies only if there is no problem with the bike and I had to return because of personal reasons. Not if there is problem with the bike. Your reply further more proves my point that you have zero concern for customer and always blame them. You may have so many positive reviews just because the bike had no problem. Don’t blame the customer when it is your fault. Accept and grow.
