Very good customer service and after sale service. I own a Solid Robot bike. Payments done by bank transfer. (So can avoid the carrying money by hand). They did the free delivery until near Kuliyapitaya with full charged battery. After few days, got an issue with water ingress to the controller. They came to my house (around 65Km from the Negombo) and done the repair. (Replaced the controller with free of charge. Even not, charge for travelling.) Best after sales service ever. Bike itself rated as 70Km with full charge. Never try the limit. However, I feel it can run same. have 3-speed selector, very useful in urban area. Have good space under the seat area and originally fitted with storage box (with key lock), back in the bike. Overall, I love this bike and very happy about customer service of Solid team. Thank

I bought an electric scooter from Solid. Solid G6 Ultimate to be specific. First, we paid an advance, and they started assembling the bike. Within 3-4 days, we got it. Now, about the bike: It's been nearly a year now and still running great. We have done 11,000 km now without an issue. The bike's actual range is around 80-100km. Overall, satisfied with their service.

I own 1500kw bike. Pickup is like 150cc bike. No clutch so only the accelerator controls the speed. Can run 60 km while battery meter is green. Takes only 1 unit to fully charge. 5 hrs charging time. No 15amp charger available.Good customer care. No frauds. Max speed is 47kmph. Good for short distance travel.
