I rented a very good Scoopy and had a nice experience with the staff. The scooter had already traveled more than 50,000 kilometers but I could feel that it was cared for really well. Even the helmets were still good, the visors were still tight, and it didn’t smell bad. The staff were all kind and polite. They speak English well so it was not even a tiny bit confusing talking to them. Just behind Terminal 21 mall, it was a very convenient location.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff speak very good English, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The bike was solid and everything was explained clearly. What really impressed me was the support AFTER the rental. I had a small situation on the road, and the staff were literally one call away. They responded immediately, walked me through everything step by step, and made sure I was fully sorted — no hesitation, no attitude, just genuine help. That level of after-service is rare and shows they truly care about customers, not just the transaction. Friendly, professional, and super reliable. Highly recommended if you’re renting a scooter in Bangkok. I’d 100% use them again

My husband found this amazing rental shop, and we were so impressed! The bikes are a little higher priced compared to other places, but they’re very well maintained and clearly cared for. It felt like a family-owned business—everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We originally chose one bike that had a small maintenance issue, and without hesitation they swapped it out for us. Later, we decided to extend our rental another day, and they made the process super easy. We really appreciated the level of service. A funny side note—I ended up spilling my tea all over myself and the shop, and they were incredibly sweet and understanding about it. Little things like that really show how genuine they are. Highly recommend this place—we had such a great experience and will definitely be back!
