Excellent service. Very clear and quick communication. Drop off and pick up options available and fair pricing. I rented one of the budget options and, as you would expect, it was a older bike with some wear and tear. However they clearly replaced the brakes and tires at least once so it felt very safe to drive. If I ever need to rent again this is my go to place.

I had a very long repair journey with Fatboys Motorbikes, and in the end I’m happy with their service and support. My Honda Moove 2016 first broke down near my office and I contacted them through LINE asking about a fuel pump issue. Their team arranged a pickup truck, collected the bike, and inspected it at the shop. After checking, they identified that the issue was actually the fuel injector, not the fuel pump. They replaced the injector and battery and returned the bike the same day. Later, the bike unfortunately broke down again on the road. I was stranded and contacted them immediately. Even though the shop was closed, they still sent a mechanic to help me on the roadside and later arranged pickup of the bike for further inspection. That level of support really helped in a stressful situation. After further checks and servicing (including oil filter, belt, rollers, brake pads, and tire replacement), the bike is now running very smoothly. Everything feels under control when riding, and the performance is much better than before. What I appreciated most: They arranged pickup and delivery multiple times The staff stayed responsive on LINE and kept me updated They sent photos of parts and explained repairs They helped even when I was stranded on the road Motorbike repairs can sometimes require several checks to fully diagnose older bike issues, but in the end they made sure the bike was properly fixed. Now the bike rides smoothly and I’m satisfied with the result. I would recommend them to anyone in Bangkok who needs motorbike repair or assistance.

We rented scooters here for 1.5 months and had a very positive experience. The bikes were in good condition, the rental terms were fair, and the staff was professional and friendly. There were a couple of minor incidents, including small damage on my side. What stood out most was that the manager first made sure I was okay, and the repair costs were calculated very reasonably. Overall, a smooth and trustworthy experience. I would recommend this place.

Avoid these guys at all costs! They charged me 1500 Baht for a minor scratch on the light bulb—something that could have been fixed for just 100 Baht. They initially quoted me 3000 Baht! Do not let yourself get ripped off like I did. Stay away from this place!
