Hello Happy Bike Day, I brought my boyfriend to rent a motorcycle here, and we were very impressed. The female staff, Snow and Cookie, were very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. They recommended this bike at a good price because my boyfriend is quite tall/big, and it suited him very well. They also recommended tourist attractions and shopping places for us, which was very helpful. The interior design of the shop is modern, comfortable, and cool, and the rental prices are very reasonable.

Awesome place to rent from. They truly do take care of and inspect all their bikes. The staff here is very friendly and speak many languages! Definitely do not hesitate to reach out or rent from them! I rented twice this trip, a CB650R and a R15. Both bikes were awesome, lots of fun, zero issues and well maintained. Pick up and drop off were smooth, will rent here every time i’m in bangkok!

I had an amazing experience renting this bike. The Zontes 368K is an incredible bike — powerful, very comfortable, and surprisingly easy to ride even on longer trips. I actually rode all the way from Bangkok to Pattaya and back, and the bike handled the road perfectly the entire time. It’s big, stable, and extremely comfortable for long rides. A big thank you to the team as well. They were very helpful with everything — navigation tips, advice, and answering all my questions. The service was friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better. I truly enjoyed riding this bike and exploring Thailand with it. Next time I come back, I will definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended!

I rented a scooter here for two weeks and traveled nearly 3,000 km. I can recommend this company to others. I should mention that I needed to arrange my own insurance for the scooter through other companies. Also, about 500 km away from Bangkok, the belt broke in my scooter. I found help from local residents, but the rental company also looked for assistance for me and stayed in contact, for which I am grateful. Additionally, the company covered 50% of the cost to replace the belt, which I consider fair.

Just had a great trip, more than 2000km, with a bike rented at Happy bike. The bike, Yamaha QBIX 125, was in a good condition and it never let me down...

⭐ 1 Star I purchased a Yamaha XMAX 300 from this dealership and unfortunately my experience after delivery has been very disappointing. The bike itself was presented well and has many quality upgrades. However, after purchase I discovered that the genuine Yoshimura exhaust fitted to the bike had been damaged during transportation. The damage appears to have been caused by the bike rubbing against something during delivery. This was particularly frustrating because the exhaust is a genuine Yoshimura unit with a retail value of around 25,000 baht. The damage could have been avoided if the motorcycle had been properly protected and secured during transport. As a result, I have spent considerable time and money trying to resolve the issue, including visiting Yamaha dealerships, contacting Yoshimura directly, searching for replacement parts, and ultimately sourcing an OEM exhaust to replace it. The damage significantly affected the appearance and value of an otherwise beautiful motorcycle. I expected greater care to be taken when transporting a motorcycle fitted with premium aftermarket components. I hope this feedback encourages improvements to transportation and delivery procedures in the future.
