Qline bike rental

Best in town. It is my third time renting bike in Bangkok. I promise this shop has best in value bikes. Easy to rent and communicate.

Rented a yamaha grand filano for 3 days from qline. Bike was in a great condition. Fair price, owner is super chill. I can easily recommend. It's inside the city resort building if you're looking for it.

This is my choice after comparing three shops. The owner is very friendly and patient in introducing motorcycles to you. He is very considerate of customers. The motorcycles I rented from other shops before were terrible in comparison. This shop is very clean, the motorcycles are in very good condition, almost all are new, and the prices are reasonable.

This guy has no respect for other people's time. I told him the day before I was due to arrive and drop off the bike. We agreed on a 2-hour wait. He didn't show up by 2:00. I waited an extra 20 minutes, even though we'd agreed on it before. I called him and asked how long it would take. He said it would take 7 minutes, but it was 15 minutes after he arrived. He's literally lying to his customers, as if they're stupid and don't understand that he's completely irresponsible about other people's time and is just going about his own business, making up all sorts of problems, even though the shop was supposed to open at 9:00 a.m., but as usual, there's no one there. I hope this business goes out of business soon, because treating people so carelessly and disrespectfully should be punishable. By the way, if you decide to return the bike early, you won't get a refund for the day you've already paid for. The person also hardly responds to WhatsApp.

I chose this scooter rental because of its very high rating (4.9 stars), but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived at 11:30 AM, even though the shop was supposed to open at 9:00 AM. Nobody was there. I called the owner, and he told me he would arrive in 5 minutes. I waited about 20 minutes, but he never showed up, so I left. An hour later, after I called again and asked if he could come pick me up, he asked me to pay for his taxi fare back. At that point, I decided not to rent from him. Overall, I lost two hours of my morning and had a very bad experience. Based on my experience, the high rating did not reflect the actual service or reliability.
