Yep, what they say is all true. And yes, this is a true review 😂 Summary: CHEAPEST in ALL Bangkok. Fastest. Trustworthy. Fully online, and supported by a real person to chat with almost instantly. Oh yeah, and there are even snacks when you pickup your bike!! This was my easiest, fastest, and cheapest (comparing to local competitors) bike rental ever in all the places I've been. I wasn't sure at first and I wanted to talk with someone in person, but it's really all done online, and you just go there to pickup your bike and that's it! Their system is well designed, and the customer support is super fast, no robots, and very helpful and will always try to find solutions for you. This makes this whole online process feel more trustworthy, to know you can talk to a real person and get a reply within a few minutes/seconds. The process of going on the website, browsing the catalog of bikes with their mechanical sheet, seeing the prices clearly listed by timeframes, and then very simply renting the bike in a few clicks, almost feels like a game and too good to be true. But nah, it really does work like that, and it really can be that easy jeje. Now I'm wondering why every other bike rentals places still operate the old way! The bikes look good, like new, they even have matching helmets colors lol. No extra charges for 2nd helmet. You can pickup and return the bike at your leisure (within the generous timeframe allowed of 10am-10pm and according to your contract, obviously).

Best way to get around Bangkok honestly. Rented a GPX Drone, great experience, no passport deposit, insurance was included. Will come back next trip to try big orange Forza

He helped resolve my issues right away. Also has a wide variety of bikes to choose from! Only company I will rent from in the future!

I was in Bangkok visiting a friend and wanted to join my friend on a day trip of riding. The shop wa very convenient for me from where I was staying. The process of making the rental is the best experience I've had renting motorbikes in Thailand. They make the process so easy to follow and are very helpful if you have any questions. This will be my goto motorbike rental shop when I visit Bangkok. They made the whole process very easy and my ride was enjoyable.

The scooter rental business looks interesting and they reply fast online which was a good sign. But when I asked what is needed for verification, they said passport photo is required which is normal in Thailand but also a photo of you holding the passport next to your face. In my opinion, that’s not great. If such a photo leaks, someone can do many bad things with it like: identity theft, fake accounts, even scams. I asked if they use any trusted KYC service and which one. After that, they refused to rent me a scooter, saying it’s a "security concern" That feels a bit suspicious.
