Bikago Scooter and Motorbike Rentals - Phuket

I had a very positive experience with Bikago. The motorcycle provided was brand new and in excellent condition, which made the ride smooth and enjoyable. The delivery and pickup service were well organized and happened exactly at the requested times, which I really appreciated. Overall, everything was handled professionally, and it was easy and convenient to deal with them. I would definitely recommend Bikago to anyone looking for a reliable motorcycle rental service.

Excellent organization and communication throughout the rental and return process. The motorcycle was provided in excellent technical condition, and the helmets were as well.

Everything was perfect. The best bike rental service so far. I am planning to rent a bike from them again in Krabi next week. Extremely professional staff. No hidden fees, Fast response on whatsapp, and the bike was practically brand new (less than 1800km)

If i can give you 7star for superb service and easyway to rent motorbike, I rent 17nov 19nov in phuket, the motorbike clean, safety and good condition. After extensively researching I ended up renting a motorscooter at Bikago Scooter n Motorbike Rentals. I was very late with booking one, so I messaged them a day prior through Whatsapp and the next day I received the motorscooter I wanted, they even delivered the scooter all the way to my hotel. The proces went hassle free. Their customer support through Whatsapp is also really great. Would defintely recommend to rent a bike/scooter from Bikago!

For pure peace of mind, service and quality Bikago in Phuket and Khao Lak are the place to go. We hired mopeds over 8 days in total from 2 different locations and they have provided us with a great service. Their bikes were new, insurance was provided (at a small cost), pick up drop off service to your hotel, 2 sanitised helmets per bike and a first aid kit. They say they provide a road recovery service in case of breakdowns and a oick up and drop off service of your bike should you've indulged in drinking and don't want to ride back home, I tried the latter service but they couldn't offer me that as they had no staff to cover, so best make sure before you start drinking. They don't charge you a deposit but the maximum you'd be liable for is $70 should you damage the bike or have an accident the rest is under insurance. They're always available 24/7 via whatsapp and their communication is fantastic. My option of a 160cc Honda with ABS, keyless start and Stop/Start only cost me £13 with everything included. Absolutely brilliant way to see and travel phuket. I Highly recommend Bikago for peace of mind and not chance it with some scrupulous independant bike rental shops.
