I have rented motorbikes of chai two different times from two different trips being in phuket for months at a time. He and his staff are very friendly and great people!😊 He has lots of options for different kinds bikes to rent and the bikes are maintained well. The prices are fair and there is never any drama with deposit if you leave bike back in good condition! I Would highly recommend this shop!

Had an excellent experience with Chai motorbike rentals. The bike was clean and well maintained. I work with bikes regularly and inspected it well before hiring. (Always check cosmetic conditions, tyres, oil, break pads and break fluid before hiring any bike from anywhere) encouraged us to take photos and video of eveything before hand. The staff were very welcoming and made sure we had everything needed. They were the only company that asked us about IDP which is required to ride in Thailand. (You should have your UK A, A2 or A1 endorsement to legally ride in Thailand plus your UK license, passport and of course a helmet) Higher deposit than others but much better than leaving your passport because it is also a legal requirement for foreigners to carry their passport with them. I would highly recommend to get 160cc or higher if you are riding with a pillion as some hills such as to get to big buddha is very challenging. Drop off was smooth and with no problems at all. All in all, it was a very good experience with a reputable company. Highly recommended.

We always feel look after and the bikes are safe and fully checked before you leave. They have a huge range of bikes. The prices are affordable and also offer reduced rates for longer rental periods. Reliable bike and dependable company. It is no surprise why the review ratings are so high. I accidentally came across Mr Chai by literally scanning the motorbike hire shops near me and this had the highest scoring. Even better that the price was extremely competitive against some others who incorrectly advertise their price only to withdraw the claim saying they never updated the online pricing. I had my Honda Click 125i for a month and I'll challenge you to find a better price during high season!. *cash deposit or held passport for security.
