The staff were very friendly and professional, and everything was smooth from the start. They were punctual and reliable, and the scooter was in excellent condition, clean and well maintained. I really appreciated their flexibility — they allowed me an extra 3 hours to return the scooter, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free scooter rental.

As we arrived it seemed a bit tense with the service we were about to receive. You know when you feel the energy of a good welcome, that was not the case here.Terrible service from the lady there. For starters pricing and misinformation on bike sizes and cost. Than a 3X more deposit than other places. Which I than agreed, and higher daily rental. Gave her licence and deposit. She than asked for an international license, which I have but not on me. I have a full motorbike license from UK. That was not sufficient for the lady. At that point, I decided to leave due to the extremely poor customer service. Went on my way and found a much better, friendlier place with half thw cost and deposit. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They should not even have a 4.8 rating. That's ok, they lost out on 5K baht.
