I used eDrive Rental Scooters twice during my last 14 days in Phuket, and both experiences were excellent. The first time, they delivered the scooter to me at Holiday Inn Surin. The process was quick—within 30 minutes the contract was done and the bike was at my doorstep. It was my first time renting a scooter in Phuket (despite this being my fourth visit), and they made it incredibly smooth. During the first rental, I faced a minor issue with the tyre. Their team responded promptly, came over to fill the air, and even offered to exchange the bike since I was traveling with my toddler and had concerns. That really gave me peace of mind. The second time, they delivered the scooter to Holiday Inn Karon Beach. Again, the service was flawless. They provided well-fitting and comfortable helmets for both my child and me, and the scooter was in perfect condition. Their communication, punctuality, and attention to detail were spot on. I’m definitely going to use their service again whenever I’m back in Phuket. Highly recommended!
