Serious business owners. Loved the service. They were quick, kept the passports and no deposit. You will not have a problem with returning and getting the passport back. Keep the bike safe as safe as you would keep your passport. They have more than 15 bikes to choose from. I got a brand new 160cc bike for 4 days. Hassle free and the owner and the staff are very kind. Would hire a bike from here the next time I visit Phuket.

Great place to rent a bike. Lots to choose from smaller scooters to bigger ones. They also have a petrol guy. He will upsell the petrol for you so make that decision well. We got a full tank for 2 days and don’t even made a dent to the fuel gauge. Haha. So they got the bike back with a rather full tank. All in all a good place to rent a bike.

F&T motorbike is a genuine bike rental company. We took this bike for a day which was in very good condition. Mr. Greg is a very polite person. Would definitely recommend this to others.

I’d like to share my experience. I rented a motorbike, and the license plate was slightly damaged. When I returned the bike, an older man with blue eyes made a very big issue out of it and made me feel as if I had caused serious damage, even though it was only a minor issue with the plate. I really didn’t like his attitude. He has a lot to learn about how to treat customers. Despite this, I still gave 5 stars, and here’s why: the owner of F&T Motorbike. She was like an angel. Very understanding, kind, and easygoing. I was lucky she was there. She clearly said the plate was fine, that it could easily be fixed, and that I didn’t need to pay anything extra. She is an amazing woman. Because of her, I will definitely rent from F&T Motorbike again when I visit Phuket. She truly left a great impression on me.

Great agency on site. There are 5 days of work between 2 people in Phuket and my sense. The welcome and service are top notch and they don't hesitate to give you very good advice if needed 👌🏽. This is the case of the return era.
