Highly recommended!! I had an exceptional experience with JTW Motorbike Rental in Phuket and cannot recommend them highly enough. The bikes are in excellent condition, the service is seamless, and everything is handled with complete professionalism and transparency. A special shout-out to Paul, who is an absolutely phenomenal guy — genuinely one of the most sincere, caring and trustworthy people I’ve met in Phuket. He goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable, safe and fully looked after throughout the rental. His attention to detail and genuine care for customers truly set JTW apart from every other rental company!!

Big thanks to Paul! Its always a bit of a gamble to get your ride for your vacation, but at JTW you feel comfortable from start to finish. He was super nice and communication was easy via Whatsapp. We booked 2 bike for 2 weeks and were super happy with the quality of the bikes. Even when we had some technical issues paul came in clutch and helped us within minutes. Super happy and looking forward to rent at his place again.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Very professional, with a native English speaker which makes communication effortless. The scooters were spotless and extremely well maintained. Absolutely no issues at all. Super responsive team, with delivery and pickup directly at my villa. Honestly, it couldn’t have been more comfortable. Highly recommended.

10/10 experience highly recommend. We recanted two bikes over the month - a click 160 and the ADV 350. Both were well maintained and ran great. Owner and his wife are kind people. Will be using them when I come back in a few months.
