Very smooth and hassle-free experience. They didn’t ask for my passport, unlike many others, and there were no issues with the deposit. Overall, nothing negative to say, highly recommended.

One day rental, Forza, process was fast and easy. Take a video of the bike before. Pay 5000 baht deposit and 1000 baht payment. Enjoyed a full days ride and returned with full tank. If you are new to riding big hills take it easy as some places are unforgiving especially around overly confident tourist.

Very handsome team, really nice contact on whatsapp, no issues with deposit - also all they need is a photo/copy of passport. Thanks for your service ☺️

Kim helped me out and worked out perfect. I was able to reserve it days before & get it picked up with no wait. Super affordable and easy communication. I had to drop it off late (11pm) and they met me. Thanks for the service!

I was able to contact Kim Via WhatsApp and she explained everything clearly and plainly. Visited the shop and the bikes were ready for us and the transaction was really straightforward. My friend even upgraded from a 150cc to a 350cc part way through his rental without any issues. I would recommend if you are in the Kamala Beach / Kathu region if you just want a hassle free experience.

Hired a 350cc scooter for a week. I was shown a Honda Forza and it looked ok. Kim told me to ignore the Engine Check Light and ABS warning lights as tge bike has been check over. But once set on my way I noticed the speedo did not work and the bike had many clunks and rattles. After a short journey the Temp warning light came on and the temperature gauge was near the max and flashing. I stopped and notified Kim... he again said to ignore it. I have owned motorcyles for over 40 years and I know this is not normal or Ok. I retured back to their shop and said I'm not willing to continue riding this scooter. Kim did not disagree and provided me with a Honda 350 ADV. This bike ran all week without any issues. May advice isif you are not happy with the bike provided and you have concerns about its mechanical condition. Return it immediately as the roads around Kamala and nearby districts have many hills which require a scooter in excellent mechanical condition i.e. motor, brakes, steering and suspension. The scooter return process was quick.

Zero flexibility, pure commercial focus, worst conditioned scooters. Absolute warning for everyone! I have been renting from more than 50 different rental stores in various locations but this store managed to make it by far on the bottom of my list. Me and my three friends reserved each a scooter and made a (confirmed) reservation 1-2 days ahead. When we arrived the first surprise: only two scooters were „ready“ (if you can call it that way). On the third scooter two people from the store were still figuring out on how to bring it into drivable shape. So at the end they handed over three scooters but mine didnt even start so I was also not able to get one but (unfortunately) already paid the money. My friends (unfortunately) took the other two scooters but had to realize after driving first 10 minutes that the steering and breaks dont fully work. That bad condition and handling alerted me so much that I decided to rent my scooter at some more trustworthy place (Ali) but when I asked for my money back they refused (although I even had received the scooter yet). I was really shocked of that „money first“ rip off behavior. At the end my fourth friend shipped in (unfortunately) and took over my contract. End of story, I rented somewhere else and the quality was leagues away and better than Kamala Scooter (and even cheaper), one of my friend had a heavy accident with 6 fractured rips as he couldnt steer in a curve and they still want to charge us 7k Baht for a small bike damage (I had even a heavier damage a month ago and paid at the other store only 2k). Their argument is that they need to rent the scooter at any cost during peak (so apparently even at the cost of health).
