I can’t explain to you how much I appreciate the service I received. Kwan and her husband picked me up from my hotel brought me to the mall waited for me for almost two hours. Picked me back up and took me to my next destination. Waited for me again. Let me make a stop to get snack before dropping me back off at my hotel which was almost an hour away. All for a reasonable prices. They are amazing. I highly recommend.

We rented a motorbike for two weeks and everything was perfect. Great motorbike for a good deal. They even delivered it to my place which is a very helpful option! 🤩 Kwan is really kind with customers and is always available if you need help 🙏🏼

Very friendly owner, good motorbikes. I took the new click 160 and then switched it to Honda ADV for comfortable price. Owner can also help you with transfer, trips, food and a lot of stuff, making your vacation easier and cheaper! Thanks a lot and see you next time! 🤗

I rented a motorbike from Kwan Motorbike for 2 days and paid a 2,000 baht deposit. I returned the bike in the same condition, but after almost 3 weeks, I still haven’t received my deposit back. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via WhatsApp and phone calls, I’ve only received one response saying the deposit would be returned—but no further action has been taken. It’s disappointing that they are not honoring their commitment, and I feel it’s important to share my experience. I hope others will be more cautious and that the shop will resolve this issue promptly.

In short: Stay far away from this place, whether you want to rent a scooter or book a tour! At first, the lady acted friendly, but already noticeably pushy. I rented a scooter for two weeks – but she didn’t even have the promised model available. She assured me she’d get it “within the first few days.” Despite repeatedly asking her throughout the entire two weeks, I never received the scooter. Just empty promises. On the return day, I asked her when I should bring the scooter back in the evening. She told me she wouldn’t be there, so I could return it the next day. We agreed on a specific time – and of course she never showed up. Reliability: zero. Then came the highlight. After a long discussion on the phone, she told me her sister wouldn’t refund my full deposit because I supposedly returned the scooter “a day late.” The fact that she failed to show up at the agreed time didn’t matter to her at all. No accountability, no honesty – just stubbornness and even threats to call the police. Professional? Not even close. Customer-oriented? Absolutely not. There are plenty of other scooter rentals on the same street that actually take their job seriously. Go there – and spare yourself this hassle.
