Had a great experience with Lucky Rent’s Patong office. Had an ADV for the month and the bike was perfect, extension was easy and everything was smooth. Would highly recommend!

Lucky Rent is hands down the best bike rental service in Phuket. Super transparent communication, friendly and professional service, and top-quality bikes. I’ve rented the ADV 350 with them and the motorbike was in perfect conditions. After we used it they picked up the motorbike in an arranged meeting point. Good service. RU speaking support available. Good condition of the bike - looks like new. Convenient service with delivery and payment. * Although I discovered some unexpected things compare to Bali - so I have some experience to compare. We rented bikes in Bali from *BaliHelper* which I would give 5++ out of 5 each time, and that was the best experience - free delivery and pickup, full insurance included, brand new helmets, even we got toll card as a compliment, and we took 2 weeks and when we extended up to month we got monthly price (not 2 times x2 weeks). And it was pretty much of a standard rental terms on Bali. Here I didn’t get some of these things, but not sure - it might be a different standard of renting here. Here is an extra cost of the bike pickup for only 7 minutes extra drive, so free delivery zone is very small, even franchisee insurance is also for extra charge, extension counts like a new rent but not as an extension by monthly - be prepared for this. * I would rate my experience as 4.8-4.9 out of 5.

Lucky Rent is in my opinion the best bike rental service in Phuket. Transparant communication, good service and the best bikes. I’ve rented the ADV 350 for the second time and had no regret whatsoever. They also have partners for cars, in case you rather drive. Thank you again Lucky Rent & see you next year!
