You can post it as-is or adjust tone if you want. ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a really positive experience renting a motorbike from MNK Motorbike Rental, and a big part of that was thanks to Sai, who provided excellent service throughout the entire process. From the first inquiry, Sai was very responsive, polite, and professional. He explained everything clearly, helped me choose the right bike for my needs, and made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. His communication was consistent and reliable, which gave me a lot of confidence. The bike I received was in great condition clean, well-maintained, and running perfectly. Sai took the time to walk me through the bike, answer my questions, and make sure everything was in order before I left. During the rental period, he also did proper follow-up, checking in to make sure everything was going well, which is something you don’t see often and really shows good customer care. There were no hidden charges, no confusion, and no last-minute issues. Everything was handled professionally and on time. Sai’s friendly attitude and attention to detail made the entire experience much better. We rented 2 scooters for 2 days from this rental. We had strong trust because it was suggested by our hotel "Seeka Boutique Hotel". All the paperwork was done within the hotel. It was easy and we got the scooters within 5 minutes. Minor issues about helmet size were solved promptly.

We rented a bike here through our accomodation in Seeka. We rented for one day and returned the bike one hour and a half later when we noticed the bike didn’t have working brakes. The guy did a demonstration on how the brakes worked in a normal road with only one person and didn’t believe us that in a slope and two persons they didn’t work (I had to walk down the slope as it was dangerous and Phuket roads are all up and down). When we returned the bike (we only use it to go to the beach and back), he put the bike in a different position than when he gave it to us to show that we used a lot of fuel which we hadn’t as we hardly used the bike, and wanted us to pay for two liters of fuel. So not also we didn’t use the bike we also had to pay for the fuel, and they can go ahead and rent the bike for someone else for the day. Additionally if you don’t have an international drivers licence expect a 1000bat fine because Phuket is full of police and they always check.

Extremely dishonest and unethical bike rental. We clearly showed our original Indian driving license before renting. The staff confirmed it was acceptable and took full payment for 2 days in advance. Within 15 minutes, the Thai police stopped us and rejected the license. We immediately returned the bike. Despite this being their mistake, the shop refused any refund and charged us for 2 full days without using the bike. This is not about rules — it is about misleading customers, taking money knowingly, and then refusing responsibility. If you are a tourist, be very careful. Confirm everything in writing and do NOT trust verbal assurances. Completely ruined our experience. Would never recommend this place.
