My third bike rental of the trip and by far the best. Bike in good condition and well maintained. Helpful messages via WhatsApp with information for the local area. Honest service no problems with return of deposit. Would recommend to anyone in Kata Karon area.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. The girl who assisted us was absolutely lovely, as were all the team. This is the second time I rent a scooter from this place and once again everything was perfect, with no issues at all. Prices are very reasonable and the scooters are in great condition. Just a small note for future customers: a deposit is required (either 100€ or 3,000 THB, or your passport). The deposit is fully returned as long as there is no problem caused by the customer. Highly recommended – I will definitely rent from them again!

Rented a motorbike from Sea Boss and the whole experience was smooth and professional. The staff were friendly and could speak both English and Mandarin, which made communication very easy. They also could deliver the bike to our hotel in Kata and collected it from there, super convenient. On top of that, they sent us helpful recommendations for food places, attractions, and nearby gas stations, which made getting around much easier. I also appreciated that they allowed us to place the deposit in our own currency. The bike was in good condition and came with a phone holder, which was great for navigation. Prices were slightly higher, but understandable during high season. Overall, a reliable and pleasant rental service. Would definitely rent from them again!

Second time renting from Sea Boss and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Phuket. Prices are consistently cheaper than other places (at least 50 baht/day less per bike), and the service is just on another level. Super friendly, honest, and easy to deal with. This time I accidentally scratched the mirror a bit while parking. I told them and offered to pay, but they refused—really shows what kind of people they are. Amazing experience overall. I genuinely love these guys and will always rent from them. Highly recommended!

Really good experience with this company! They are fair and genuine (as long as you the customer are too!) I hired a Honda ADV 350 from them which was clean, ran well and didn’t have much damage but wear and tear. They have plenty of different helmets for you to choose from. I wasn’t sure if my hire would be 2 or 3 days, they only took money for 2 days initially and said to simply message them if I wished to keep the biker longer which was a really good offer. No messing about when I dropped the bike off - returned same condition and full of fuel so they were happy with the deposit returned instantly. Thank you all for great service.

Their scooters are first-class, and the service matches that. It’s not just about renting; they’re not pushy at all, unlike other rental places. The guy spent a lot of time explaining Phuket’s road conditions and traffic regulations, which was incredibly helpful. Dropping me off after returning the scooter was the icing on the cake. I will definitely be coming back in the future!
