In all regards; quality of the maintenance of the bike he rents, the price, the detailed explanation of how to operate it - Andrie in Bang Toa and Alex in Karon runs a great business. The price was fair, trans parent and posted, and the tires were like new (be careful when renting - many places don't replace the tires as they should and it rains a lot here so it matters), the brakes great. I rented for three months and they even offered complimentary service if I reached the time for an oil change, which they let me know when too. I've rented from other places before, but now I'm only using these guys.

Everything was great! We've been to Phuket twice now and rented a scooter. The scooters are excellent. We had a minor issue with ours on the first day, but it was immediately replaced without any problems. They only needed to copy our passports, and the deposit was returned without any issues last year. I'm sure everything will go smoothly again this year when we return the scooter. We'll definitely be back every year! :)

I would highly recommend this place for renting scooters. Staff are a pleasure to deal with and all their scooters are well maintained. Best prices when renting for longer periods and are competitive with the other less legitimate rentals. My only gripe are helmets, common everywhere you go in Asia that helmets are naff, even from more reputable places. However, I will point out that when I couldn't find a helmet that fit (being a small head), one of the staff got me one from the back storage that was much better. Important to make sure your helmet fits properly! Make sure to have your international drivers license! It is a requirement for renting a bike but also police do make regular checks and they will fine you up 2000baht without it. You also risk invalidating your travel insurance (in case of an accident).

One of the best scooter rent in Phuket, hands down, period. The best service I've ever get. The Price is a little high, but the service that they provided it worth its. We rent two bikes for a day but unfortunately made another different plan for activities which makes us back in Phuket around 7 PM, since the bike has to be return by 6 PM, we requested to wait them 7:30-8PM for us to return the bike, they told us it's okay. They suggested us to keep the bike in the hotel and they'll pick it up. They didn't charge us for the keep the bike more than 1 day and not even for the pickup charge. And the guy running the place is professional, amazing and very friendly. Definitely rent bigger bike again from them in future. Our Bikes Rents Process: Honda ADV 160 (2023) - TBH 650 (1day) Honda PCX 160 ABS (2024) - TBH 600 (1day) Deposit for each bike TBH 3000 x 2 = 6000 Any one person's Passport photocopy (no need to deposit the passport) Total, 6000+650+600=7250 We couldn't refuel, so the charge for the fuel was 100 (50 for each bike, we used around 4 liter of fuel) So total cost TBH 7350, after submitting the bike actual cost TBH 1350.
