Mark, the owner, is an incredibly kind person. He is a native English speaker, which made communication super easy and clear. From the start, he was friendly, welcoming, and took his time to help me. The only reason I didn’t end up renting a bike here was simply because almost all bikes were already rented out. Apart from a small 50cc scooter, the only bigger bike available at the time was pink, which wasn’t really my style, and I also didn’t love the handling — but that’s purely personal preference. What really stood out to me was that even for the test ride, he checked important things like the tire pressure. That’s something I haven’t seen at any other rental place — not even when I specifically asked. This level of care and attention to safety really says a lot. He also gave me helpful tips and shared valuable local advice. Even when I told him I would check out other places, he was not negative at all — quite the opposite. He continued to help and even warned me never to leave my passport as a deposit anywhere. Mark seems like a big-hearted, honest person who genuinely cares about people, not just business. That alone deserves 5 stars. Thank you!

Stumbled across Mark and his bikes and so pleased we did! He gave us unexpectedly superb service! Not only are the bikes in excellent condition with a range of options and rented over full 24 hours but he talked us through what would suit us best based on our plans for the day. He was careful to provide excellent road safety guidelines and when asked for suggestions, was able to share many ideas based on his own experiences and understanding the types of sights we were looking for. To top it off, when we returned the bike and told him what we’d paid for the fuel (which caught us by surprise as we were expecting under 100,000 vnd) he quickly and resolutely committed to resolving the overcharge and, not thinking he’d have any luck, we didn’t have our hopes up. We wandered past a couple of days later and he had done what he promised and obtained a refund which he happily returned to us. What a bloody gem and awesome find in amongst many bike hire places where you might not feel quite as confident about what you’re paying for and certainly would never receive such excellent, genuinely friendly service. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience renting a moto from Mark. The bike was great and he was super easy to deal with. We rented the bike for three weeks and I returned it two days early and he refunded me my last two days which was really appreciate. Highly recommend.

We happened to walk by and were able to spontaneously rent a scooter for the following day. The price was 200k VND, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. We didn't have to leave a deposit or a passport, and payment was easily handled upon return. Helmets were included, and Mark is a very nice dude. He took the time to show us exactly how the scooter works and even gave us some tips on the island's highlights. Highly recommended for a hassle-free rental.

Mark is a top bloke! Had a great experience renting a Honda Airblade from him. The rental process was quick and hassle free. The bike was very reliable and allowed me to explore all over the island which was great! I rented the bike for about 5 days from an initial two. Mark was easy to get hold of via WhatsApp when I asked for an extension and he allowed me to pay the extra when I returned the bike. Would definitely say he's your man if you need a reliable bike hire at a fair price.
