We had originally planned the loop for 7 days but due to the weather we did it in 5 days. We paid the full price of the bike for the week and got a refund for the 2 days we had paid in advance. incredibly great service, they reply to whatsapp messages immediately and are really helpful! The owner also accommodated us for free in their lovely guesthouse. We rented a brand new honda 125cc and it met all our requirements during the trip. The price was also excellent. I recommend Loop Moto to everyone, you don't need a 500cc squat. 125-150 is perfect. Thank you very much, when we come back I know where to come.

This was my first time going to Ha Giang and I discovered this motorbike rental place. The owner is super friendly and thoughtful; he provided everything from raincoats and seatbelts to other essentials. The bikes are brand new. We even managed to rent bikes that were practically brand new, with license plates yet to be installed, and had only been ridden 7km. You should definitely try it! I highly recommend it.

Khuong was super friendly and helpful, he picked us up from the bus station and helped us choose the right bike which was brand new and very clean. This is a lovely family business which truly cares about customer satisfaction. They gave us rain covers and a waterproof bag for our luggage which they helped secure to the bike, as well as new helmets. They allowed us to leave some of our luggage with them. The price is good value, including full insurance and a green card for passing through police check points. Khuong stayed in contact with us throughout our three day journey, and even helped us book transport to Sapa on our return. We will be recommending this place to anyone interested in doing the Loop solo.
