Borrowed 2 bikes for 4 days, the process and communication was very smooth. Bikes were solid and carried us for hundreds of KM on our trip without ever malfunctioning or slipping. Would recommend to anyone who is searching for a hassle free bike rental in Hanoi, even for a trip out of Hanoi.

We had a great experience renting a motorbike from Rental Motorbike Vietnam. The booking process through their website was very simple and quick. To make sure everything was confirmed, we also contacted them on WhatsApp to ask a few questions, and they replied almost immediately with clear and helpful answers. When we arrived at the shop in Hanoi, we were welcomed by Bin. He’s a very friendly and helpful guy, always smiling and ready to give advice about the trip and places to visit. We rented a Honda CB500X Adventure, and the bike was in almost brand-new condition. Over the course of our trip I rode more than 1,500 km without a single problem. Starting from Hanoi, we completed the entire Ha Giang Loop, continued up to Ban Gioc Waterfall, and then rode down towards Ninh Binh. What really made the difference was the service. During the trip, Bin checked in with us from time to time to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed any suggestions on where to go or what to see. Overall, I 100% recommend Rental Motorbike Vietnam. It was an incredible adventure and a great experience from start to finish. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic experience renting a motorbike at Rental Motorbike Vietnam in Hanoi – definitely 5 stars! The team was super helpful, showing me all the options and making sure I was comfortable with my choice. I ended up with a brand-new Honda XR190L that rode like a dream. They offered me coffee or tea when I showed up and again when dropping off the bike. The protective helmets were high quality, and everything felt safe and reliable. I took a CRF150L for 14 days with these guys everyone at the shop where very easy to deal with, the bike was clean and prepared when I arrived - I sat with the owner bin for a while and talked about the upcoming trip, he gave me some tips and recommendations for places to go around the Cao bang region. There was Amazing contact with the shop and I never had to wait more than 30 seconds for a reply to a question. I’m super impressed and it’s a very professional setup!!

Very reliable rental service! I rented a Honda XR150L for 3 weeks and done 2800km. Everything was perfect. The owner is very kind and always available online in case of any problem. He is trustworthy, and everything we agreed upon worked exactly as promised. The rental shop may be small, but the team has open hearts and provides excellent service. Truly a great experience!

This is a very friendly and reliable bike rental - absolutely can recommend. I have rented a honda xr150 to ride from hanoi to hoi an. Bin was friendly, helpful and easy going. The bike was in great condition and price was very competitive. i had no problems at all. I see u again my friend!

I’ve rented different sizes of motorbikes here multiple times. The guys are super friendly and helpful. The rental process is quick and easy. You can chill with some tea and a cigarette if you’d like while you are waiting or just want to relax and soak up the sights and sounds on the busy street. The bikes have taken me everywhere very reliably without a breakdown. Their support and English communication is top notch, all at very reasonable monthly rental prices. 15/10
