My girlfriend and I rented electric scooters from this company for three days and we were very satisfied. The service was excellent - very fast, professional and friendly. The service of this company was more like of the professionalism of Scandinavian countries. For the first time, we also received the scooter's documents in case we needed them. Our scooter was brand new and all the other scooters seemed the same when we looked around their dealership. We both also received proper helmets, which will probably really protect your head if needed. The scooter also came with a charger, which is small, but you can charge the scooter from a regular wall outlet, even in any restaurant. In addition, the battery can be easily removed from the scooter, which makes charging even easier. The scooter also had a very high-quality phone holder and a cable that you can use to charge your phone while riding. All of this was included in the rental price. And although the scooter is not comparable in power to gasoline engines, this Honda was more powerful than the previous electric scooters we have ridden in Vietnam. We also changed a half-dead battery at their rental place once, as we were driving past it. All of this was done for free and in less than 60 seconds. Upon arriving in Phu Quoc, I immediately started looking for an electric bike. I searched for five days, but to no avail... and then I found one purely by chance, while driving by! So I became the first customer of the Vietmoto motorcycle dealership! I was so, so happy! Firstly, I found an electric bike. Secondly, all the electric bikes are brand new and a beautiful orange paint job, making it really, really easy to find your bike in the parking lot—a big plus! Thirdly, the owner of the shop, a young and beautiful woman named Mimi, provides excellent European service!!! I was very happy with the service and the electric bike. I swapped out the dead battery for a new one almost every day, which is very convenient for riding around the island without worrying about the battery! The shop is located one and a half kilometers from King Kong, a very convenient location! Two young men from Russia, Mikhail and Dmitry, work at the shop. They're very nice guys. They explained everything about how to safely ride the island's roads. I really found their advice helpful, and they also showed me how to ride an electric bike! They stayed in touch with me for 23 days. I called them in advance about replacing my battery, and everything was always smooth and fast, for which I'm extremely grateful to Mikhail and Dmitry! I really liked the owner of the motorcycle shop, Mimi. She's a very pleasant and charming young woman, always smiling and positive. As my first customer, Mimi gave me a bottle of Chateau Dalat, which was both unexpected and very nice! Thank you, Mimi! I'm also extremely grateful to Mimi for the great bike shop she opened, for the excellent service, for the pleasant and warm communication, and for the knowledgeable staff.
