AZ MOTORBIKE. Rent, sale, swap and repair motorbikes

Had a great experience renting a bike from here. A lot of variety and well maintained motorbikes. I was looking for a specific model and they were super helpful and accommodating. The owner was very kind and helpful and responded to all WhatsApp messages promptly. Would definitely recommend and rent from here again.

5 stars to Kien and the bike he gave me. I rented a Honda XR150 and it was great throughout my 2000 km trip. My friend who also rented from Kien had some issues with his bike so be prepared to stop at a mechanic to get things tuned up but Kien would always answer the phone when this happened to translate and make sure we were getting a good price. He even let us drop off our bikes in Hoi An for a reasonable fee. Will rent from this guy again.

Had a wonderful experience renting from this company. Kien is an absolute legend! These guys are super responsive and trustworthy. I left my passport with them over the deposit and had no issues. Definitely recommend their services.

Just had a wonderful trip to Ha Giang with 2 CB500xs from AZ Motorbike. The staffs were very helpful and enthusiastic. I would definitely plan another trip with them again.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this rental place. The bikes were not kept in a good condition, given to us dirty and faulty. My engine kept rattling and struggling to work, a mechanic opened it up and found that the inside was extremely dirty and not well maintained. (Many of the bikes in the shop looked dirty). He assured us that they were good for road trips up hill, yet when they were struggling with hills during our road trip (I was having to push it with my legs while at full throttle) we had to take one back. In exchange he tried to get us to pay more and gave us an even worse bike, that was rusty and rattling! He gave me bad attitude throughout the whole interaction. It was only after I returned for a second time and had a word with him that I was given a good bike. The phone holders are cheap and not good. My phone kept nearly falling out of them and one time my phone did fall out of it on a motorway! He didn't apologise and blamed it on me. This is not a good rental service, the owner is not a trust worthy person, and when renting bikes which your lives literally will depend on, you want them to be safe, these bikes are not. I would not recommend.
