Rented a CB500x (for my parents) for four days for a motorcycle trip through Northwestern Vietnam. Had a truly exceptional experience with the owner. He meticulously prepared the bike for the trip, providing 3 hard boxes and extra lights (removed two boxes as they were not necessary.) During the trip we had absolutely zero issues. It was really amazing to just keep going without needing to worry about dodgy parts and engine issues. The knowledge of knowing the motorcycle was well maintained really made the trip more enjoyable. Zero stress and just go.

Cuong was the best, not only friendly but extremely personable and genuine. We stumbled across his place and after chatting a few minutes realised this would be an ideal place to rent bikes for the city and for a trip out to the mountains. I'll go back again and would recommend to anyone who is looking for good service and quality bikes. We had no issues the whole time and had so much fun. It felt like the details had been thought of and they take good care of everything.
