Very good company. And the bike is in great condition. They even wash your bike when you rent unlike other companies. The deposit is very low, only few hundred US dollars for this motorcycle so you don’t need to leave your passport . They are very supportive and answer questions very quickly. Hands down best rental agency in Hanoi. Best bikes. Best people. And the pickup location is in a very nice area/relaxing setting. I rented a Honda ADV 160 that was the perfect size for Vietnam, even riding two up. You can't take bikes on the freeways around Hanoi, so you really never do much more than 60km/h and often much less. Can't wait to go on another adventure!
