Really good service. Anytime I had any minor issue with the bike I would call out and they would either fix it immediately or give me a different bike while they did the repairs. If I was going j on a long bike trip I would pop into the rental centre beforehand and they would check that it was good to go. Recommended this place to loads of my friends and I will continue to do so. Pictured is my bike Rina, my pride and joy for the last 4 months who I will have to return on Sunday as I am going back to Ireland :( If anyone ends up renting Rina in the future (very recognizable with the stickers on the front) I would love if you could send me updates on how she is doing! Hahaha

The owner himself was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. He patiently explained everything and made sure we felt comfortable and safe. I have been renting here over a year, i live in smart city, i get a great services, every month the owner come to us to service and check a bike, if bike has any problems they will fix for free. This is a great rental shop in hanoi, i tried some before but they are no good. Highly recommend!

Good prices for good motorbikes. We have visited some other rentals and this one is the best (in another shop we were suggested to take a bike with milestone of 130.000 km — what a joke) We took Honda PCX 160cc for two people. It's a little bit big for the city traffic but really comfortable for 1-2 day trips like Halong or Ninhbinh

Duc Thanh Motor has been an incredibly reliable business in Hanoi for all the years I’ve been here. The owner is super friendly and really helpful. I have had multiple friends rent from him over the years and he has always delivered a great service and consistently good bikes. I have even recently purchased a bike from that has brought me much joy on the roads. They do everything from your daily commute scooters to bigger off-road bikes for those country adventures. They offer maintenance and repairs too, so will have you covered for everything. They come highly recommended from me and I can pretty much guarantee that they’ll put a smile on your face, and a good bike under your butt.
