I rented a scooter from this rental company for several weeks and experienced the highest level of professionalism. The scooters are of outstanding quality, far superior to those I saw and tried at other rental companies throughout Vietnam. The owner, Stephen who is of French origin, is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about his work. He carefully organizes several tour routes using Google Maps, recommending beautiful and authentic places while avoiding touristy areas. Thanks to his suggestions, I was able to discover the true essence of the Vietnamese people and culture. I truly couldn’t recommend a better scooter rental company anywhere in Vietnam. The owner also helped me remotely during an unfair police checkpoint, where officers were trying to wrongly extort money from me. His support was invaluable. Thank you for everything! See you soon. One of the best resources I’ve found while traveling. Stéphane is incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable. Helped us book bikes and gave us advice that saved our asses while out on the road for a 4 day trip. If you want to rent a bike and head anywhere out of Hanoi this is the place to get set up.

Stephane was helpful, honest and transparent. Prices were reasonable and the bike was well maintained. He was also able to assist with negotiations with the Ha Giang police and the foreigners tax. Would definitely recommend using his services if you need a bike in Hanoi.
