I used the services of Danny and his crew from Rentabike Vietnam on an 8 day ride through the mountains north of Hanoi and right up to the Chinese border in late October 2025. There were 7 of us from Western Australia and with Danny in the lead and his mechanic as rear Sweep, there were 9 bikes all told. Each night, the mechanic checked and serviced the bikes and had them lined up and ready for us each morning. We went on lots of great roads through many mountains and saw some brilliant scenery. We got to check out farms, rice fields, tea plantations, tourist attractions and talk to the locals. The accommodation each evening was amazing with stunning views and everywhere we went, the food Danny arranged was delicious. It was very easy being led around by someone who spoke the language, understood the culture and knew the roads. Everything was provided with a once upfront price and it was very well catered for. The bikes were Honda CB500X which were mostly the biggest on the road everywhere we ventured. They easily handled the roads and terrain in the mountains. We all had lots of fun and I have no hesitation in recommending Rentabike Vietnam.

Did the "Due North 7 day bike tour" of Vietnam in January with a couple of mates, 2 words to describe it. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! From the point of booking Danny started to look after us, and did for the whole trip. He advised us on what to bring, kept us updated on the weather (so we brought the appropriate kit), let us know the route, etc. The bike tour itself was spectacular. The routes were awesome, scenery stunning, roads were so varied and fun. We hired the Honda CB 500x's and they were perfect for this trip. The food and accomodation were 1st class (Danny knows the good places to go). We did a mix of hotels and homestays, the homestays were fantastic! Danny was a fantastic guide, he is a genuinely nice guy. His knowledge of the routes and Vietnam is top notch. He certainly provided a VIP level service and looked after us and ensured we had everything we needed the whole trip. My mates and I all agreed this was the best bike trip we have done and it's down to the phenomenal service provided by Danny and his team at Rentabike Vietnam. I highly recommend doing the Vietnam tour with Danny and Rentabike Vietnam, it'll definitely be a lifetime memory for you.

overall the trip was very well planned and pretty much ' tailor made ' to suit our requirements. The guides local knowledge of what and where to eat were faultless and the homestay choices were nice and clean with good facilities and all the staff at the homestays appeared genuinly happy to see our tour guide Danny, and wasted no time in showing us their hospitality by opening a bottle of local rice wine upon our arrival 😀 and ensuring all our groups needs, including one vegetarian was met. The whole trip wasnt rushed , as our tour guide was more than happy to stop of and take a break and some photos at all the best photo spots including waterfalls and other scenic landscapes along the route. it was great to escape the busy streets and lifestyle of Hanoi and see the nicer calmer part of vietnam where time goes slowly and everyone you meet on this remote journey are also happy to spend some time with you showing your their ways and traditions and farming techniques etc you would be silly not to visit vietnam and head out to the more rural parts and experience the real vietnam as it used to be and obviously still is, once you are away from the busy streets with the security of rentabike and quality reliablbly looked after bikes 🥰 love2all 🥰

Rented a Honda XR150 with them, drove the Ha Giang loop and down south to drop off at Da Nang. The bike was in perfect condition . Their team is amazing and gave us great recommendations. Would rent with them again in a heartbeat. We drove the XR150 with 2 people and felt it was the perfect size for us with some light luggage, it took on the mountain roads even better than expected. Incredible experience.

We had an incredible 12-day motorbike journey through the mountains of Northern Vietnam, right up to the Chinese border, and it was absolutely unforgettable! The entire experience was perfectly organized by Rentabike Hanoi. The bikes were in excellent condition, and the support from the team was outstanding. Our guides were not only highly professional but also extremely helpful and friendly. They made sure we felt safe and comfortable at all times, while also sharing their deep knowledge of the region. Thanks to them, we discovered the real Vietnam—remote villages, breathtaking landscapes, and authentic local culture—places where regular tourists never go. This trip exceeded all our expectations and gave us memories for a lifetime. If you’re looking for a unique adventure and want to see Vietnam off the beaten path, Rentabike Hanoi is the way to go. We would do this trip again in a heartbeat!
