I didn't get to rent the bike eventually so this review is for the incredible service and help we received from Gau. We had an issue with our bus and had to find solution for transportation. It was late and most other places couldn't offer much help. Not only did Gau gave us honest advice that helped us decide on a solution, he was even willing to accommodate us beyond the working hours of the business out of his own volition. He tried to help us in every possible way as if it was his own problem. Even though I didn't get to use the bike rental service itself I have no doubt that I wouldnt be disappointed and this will be my first choice when looking for a bike rent in the future

Highly recommended! We rented a scooty with them during our visit to Hanoi. Extremely sweet and helpful staff who made us feel comfortable and made it as convenient as possible for us! Special thanks to Azee who came for the pickups and dropoffs in the early mornings and nights even during rains. They arranged for drop off and pick up at our convenient timings, we had an impromptu extension of the trip, for which they supported us as well! The pricings are also very affordable and vehicle conditions were pristine. They do not require you to deposit the passports. Instead some cash deposit and any other travel documents are enough. This felt like a huge relief to us! Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to rent a scooty and explore Hanoi. :)

A great place to rent a scooter. Very kind and helpful staff who did everything possible to make our trip easy and relaxed. We were able to travel 2400 km across Vietnam, through the mountains, along serpentines, on their scooters. The bikes were given out in good condition, reliable and unpretentious. We were able to travel even where we were not supposed to go and all this for a reasonable price compared to other rental places. They also went out of their way and allowed us to leave our things with them for free, saving us money, and then returned them safe and sound. Thank you very much for making our vacation cool and calm. Cool place, I recommend it to everyone)

excellent service. honest pricing good communication. rented an automatic Honda scooter for 5 days for 1.25-K dong. they delivered and dropped off at my hotel location. no passport deposit needed (I did WhatsApp communication and send photos of drivers license ahead of time) but did want a $100 deposit and my license. it was promptly returned at the end. highly recommended.

W Where do I start, this was probably the best experience I had with a scooter rental shop in all Southeast Asia (and I did a lot). First, they gave us a good price and even let us give a little bit less on the deposit since we didn’t have enough. After 4 days of renting the bikes, one of them had a big problem and stopped working (we were 8 hours away from Hanoi). Not only did they handle the whole situation by calling garages around our homestay, but they PAID for a bus from our location to Hanoi for us and the two motorbikes. And in addition, they refunded the deposit and the days we couldn’t ride the bikes 👏 Azee was the employee who rented us the bikes and handled the whole situation, so thank you again and I hope we can meet again in Vietnam or in France 😉
