The scooter rental went smoothly. The deposit was a passport but at the end of the rental there were no problems with returning it. There was no searching for faults in the scooter to extort additional fees. A deposit is also possible, I think. Honest owner, with whom you can communicate in English. The minimum rental period is 3 days. The price is not high 150k per day. For me it was fine. I drove the scooter 100km outside Hanoi to the tea terraces without any problems. But you should remember, as the owner honestly warns, that in the event of a breakdown outside Hanoi you have to deal with it on your own. Fortunately, the scooter did not technically fail. It would be useful to install a navigation holder, because without it, moving around Hanoi becomes even more complicated and it would improve safety. To sum up, I recommend this rental company.

I've had my bike from this place for nearly three years now, and honestly, they're great. The manager actually reminds me when it's time for maintenance and an oil change…like, who does that? Super helpful. Whenever something's come up with the bike, they've always walked me through what to do. No stress, no drama. Just solid service from people who actually seem to care. Definitely recommend them.
