Awesome Northwest Vietnam motorbike tour 3 of us kiwis just compleated a 6 day 5 night tour from Hanoi to Sapa near the Chinese boarder. We hired CRF250L motorbikes and they were well suited for the trip. Unreal scenery, food, roads, dirt tracks, rivers, bridges, dams, beer, corn wine, rice wine, and more food.

My girlfriend and I went on the 7 day Ho Chi Minh trail ride from Hanoi to Hoi An. We booked with Ala, who was accommodating and made sure we had a quality booking experience. We had several preliminary emails asking questions because of the level of experience my girlfriend possessed going into the trip and he made sure we understood (as best as possible) what we were getting ourselves into. When we started our tour, we were paired with our guide, Jackie. He was incredibly knowledgeable and knew all of the best food spots too. It was great to have a local guide lead the tour, and Im still not sure how we made it all that way without him using google maps or something else. The bikes were in good shape, with the exception of the speedometer not working, which isnt that big of a deal, but it would have been nice to know the distance that we had gone during each leg of the journey. Clearly, it was a great trip if thats all I have to say! Highly recommend that you book with this company. They run a great operation and while it seems expensive, the experience was well worth the price.
