Great car runs good very well kept clean

I rented from this company last week the manager Troy was cool I rented the Honda from him it was pretty fun just wish it would of been a little newer but it was clean so I will I a rent again ✌🏾

I've been renting cars since 2019. I've used every company from enterprise to Hertz to thrifty to Rent A Wreck. While Troy initially offered an easy to work with deal, he has surprised us by going MIA since a driver ran a red light and hit our car we were renting from Troy. Troy was very prompt in calling us every week to collect his rental fee, even on Sundays and holidays. He demanded immediate inspections of the vehicle, based on his whims. But for the past month, Troy is now unresponsive and has not returned our security deposit or unused rental dollars we paid him ($400 value). Standard rental procedure is return a security deposit if someone hits one of your renters cars. As, that drivers insurance will be paying the replacement cost of your car. But it seems Troy wants to collect that insurance money, AND keep the security deposit, which is not just unprofessional - its illegal. We're currently filing a small claims case, BBB review, and taking other action. Be careful renting from this company. If this situation is remedied, we will update the review.
