Rented bmw r1200rt, 6 4 2021, lost the key fob and there is no way to start the bike, I was stranded for day and a half in BFE,. After receiving emergency key from FedEx, the gas tank lid would not open and left me stranded again at the next station. Had to Google forums on how to open gas tank and found that I needed a t25 torx bit to undo gas tank flange. Eventually found one at a truck stop. Once I was on my way noticed the headlights were pointing severely to the right not allowing to see while making left turns at night on mountain roads, very scary .By the grace of God I made it to Ouray at 1030 at night. The only concern from eagle rider is that I would be responsible for the $460 lost keyless fob. Most of the time eagle rider does well, but not this time
