Highlands Ranch Knee Scooters

We used Highlands Ranch Knee Scooters to rent a wheelchair for our teenage daughter after ACL surgery as a supplement to her crutches when we needed to get around a larger distance, like the mall or downtown. Long story short, the communication was smooth and easy. We called on a Friday night and had the wheelchair first thing Saturday morning. The price was excellent and the wheelchair was a huge help. I just recommended to a colleague who is having foot surgery.

My wife needed a scooter while she was in a cast after surgery. The guidance, customization and interaction was miles above anything you experience. This was a first time having to use anything like this for us but by the time I left, I felt confident in my rental. Flexible with extending the rental, return reminders. I will come back if I need anything as well as direct others I know here. Wonderful experience beginning to end.

I’ve been like a walking (or limping/scootering? Haha) advertisement since renting a scooter from Ben! I had originally thought I only sprained my ankle, but once I realized I was going to need a scooter for much longer Ben kept letting me extend for as long as I needed. As a nanny, I would have been miserable trying to still work without a knee scooter. One day, one of the wheels had broke and I came over same day and he fixed it for me in minutes. I had also asked to switch to the all terrain tire scooter after a couple weeks. He was very flexible and easy to coordinate with. Such a lifesaver!

They were incredibly prompt in returning my call and answering any questions I had. The price was also very reasonable! Overall, their service was incredibly welcoming and should my family ever need a wheelchair or knee scooter again, we will definitely be back!
