Outstanding Service at RMM – Saved My Key West Trip! Had an absolutely crazy Saturday, and RMM came through big time! I was prepping for a quick day trip to Key West when I did a pre-ride check on my Harley Street Glide. Noticed some slight dry rot on the front tire, then went to check the pressure in the rear and saw the belt was showing—instant panic mode. I started frantically searching for a shop that could get me in last-minute on a Saturday and had the right tires in stock. Richard at RMM didn’t just get me in—he took care of everything right away at a very fair price, especially considering the urgency and quick turnaround. While he worked, I grabbed some lunch, and by the time I got back, my bike was ready to roll. Richard even pointed out a leaky gasket and that the previous owner had installed a cheap Amazon lowering kit. He removed it for me, and now my bike rides better than ever! On top of that, he showed me his fleet of affordable rentals—from Harleys to BMWs—and let me know he works on anything, no matter the brand. I have rented multiple bikes on multiple different occasions and the service has always been perfect. I just recently found out that they also do repairs and some custom work on motorcycles. Just recently I had them put some custom dynamics, headlight, and some other lights into my motorcycle. The quality of the work was great. You can tell they take pride in customer satisfaction. I would definitely think about using them or giving them a chance before you just go to any other motorcycle mechanic.

Had to make a getaway for thanksgiving week. Came to Florida to be with family. What better way to relieve tension than ride a motorcycle in beautiful weather.. Called and spoke with rich over a general question. I rented from RMM before. Not only did he pick up an answer on his off day, he had me squared away the very next.
